1 lb or 1 pack of phyllo dough
1/2 cup of ghee or butter<
White honey
Frying oil
Ice Cream Ingredients:
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons or more of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
Ice cream directions:
- Whip the heavy cream until it thickens.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix again.
- Take two layers of phyllo dough and spread some ghee on them as shown in the video.
- Roll the phyllo dough around a stick, applying some pressure.
- Fry in plenty of oil. It will quickly turn brown, so keep an eye on it.
- Once it’s done, pour some honey over it.
